Internal Communications Officer- Maternity Cover, Colchester -
A leading retail organisation is searching for an Internal Communications Officer to join their team on an initial 12 month maternity cover. If you have at least 2 years' communications experience and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, then this could be the role for you.
The successful candidate will help to implement all internal communications strategies, whilst continually assessing its effectiveness to reach optimum levels of colleague engagement. You will oversee ways to advance current communication channels and be responsible for creating new methods to reach all target audiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills as establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders will be key to this role. You will also assist in the organisation and implementation of company events and conferences. The company is passionate about their charitable partnership and the successful candidate will be expected to support this initiative and train relevant colleagues in their fundraising efforts.
