Elevation Marketing are currently recruiting an Internal Communications Specialist for a leading consumer organisation. As part of a large internal communications function, in this role, you will be responsible for:
*Support the business on key Internal Communications projects with regards to people and business
*Drive creative and innovative methods to engage staff
*Utilise a variety of channels both online and offline including but not limited to; email, intranet, newsletters, meetings, events, mobile and general communications.
*Partner with relevant senior management to deliver key messages, on brand, considering tone and business objectives
Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Educated to degree level
*Proven ability to plan and manage programmes of communication
*Proven experience of excellent copy writing, grammar and punctuation
*Proven experience of developing and delivering high quality engaging content for internal audiences
*Internal Communications experience from either in-house or creative agency
*Good organisational and project management skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
