Elevation Marketing are currently recruiting a newly created role focused on customer experience internationally - International Director of Customer Experience.
In this role you will lead customer engagement and much more to ensure the continued growth of the organisation globally, in line with the UK strategy.
You will be responsible for:
*Drive the International territories, ensuring that all brand work, from design to product and service reflects the customer and commercial requirements in these regions
*Give direction and support for brand development and product / proposition within the regions
*Lead remote teams, driving constant interaction between different teams in different countries, ensuring 'one voice' including phone, chat, digital and email services.
*Drive the customer insight strategy ensuring that direction is given and briefs provide an understanding of their customers
*With other managers and 'heads of', this role will monitor and feedback market conditions and brand health to ensure the long term financial and reputational success
*Work with other directors driving engaging customer propositions, including visual identity, tone of voice including relevance to culture and language in country that informs what they do and how they do it across the entire member experience journey.
*Source and manage internal partnerships and relationships within the UK. Ensuring UK based international colleagues understand key international markets, visions, market trends to ensure appropriate service experience and products are developed and revenue targets met.
*Provide brand direction to international strategic and tactical campaigns and develop key brand and customer messages to be incorporated into the integrated international communication and programme of events plan
Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Experience of leading Brand management and Customer experience for a international service based brand across different markets to include but not limited to communications, product, commercial and service offering
*Qualification - CIM (desirable), International business management and marketing
*Blue chip brand management experience developed in B2C, B2B, B2B2C and B2G environments
*Experience of managing, developing and implementing brand and customer driven strategies
*Use of research and evidence
*Experience of working and influencing at senior level
*Own team and virtual leadership and management
*Desired - Financial and or mutual organisation
