Position Description

Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategy and marketing plan based on solutions strategy discussions with product management
Develop and manage global marketing plan
Work with regional marketing managers to develop events plan for the year
Work with regional marketing mangers to develop and manage marketing project plans for strategic marketing campaigns
Work with thought leadership teams and other content developers to coordinate collateral development including whitepapers, brochures, datasheets, presentations, etc
Develop PR and AR programs for the year
Respond to media requests, RFIs, award submissions as needed
Understand sales objectives and work closely with sales leadership to report on progress of campaigns
Develop targeted account planning with sales team and assist in building presentations and supporting materials as needed
Develop and manage library of market research, buyer/user personas, solution/product positioning
Develop content as needed

Position Requirements

Extensive strategic and tactical marketing experience. Strong writing and communication skills required.  
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Highly organized.  
Insurance risk-related experience highly desirable.
