They're a small but perfectly formed in-house Communications team based near Wolverhampton, looking for someone with initiative and drive, to learn on the job, with the support of an experienced creative team who have a proven track record of award-winning campaigns.

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week - Monday to Friday 9-5
Salary: £18,502 per annum

About the role:
As a Junior Designer with potential, you should be a highly creative bright spark that can be nurtured. They must be able to see your potential; your portfolio will need to demonstrate strong graphic design skills, together with the ability to complete artwork.
Collaborating with the team and their internal clients to provide an exceptional service which meets client requirements, you will support their Creative Designer on projects. Whether you are brainstorming concepts and campaigns, or converting visuals into final files, you will use your natural enthusiasm to bring ideas to life.

You'll have a natural ability to combine creative flair with plenty of ideas; first-class Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator skills; a degree or HND in design or equivalent commercial experience; an excellent design portfolio to impress them with and a strong desire to learn and develop your skills. Photography skills and experience of video production would be a bonus.
Excellent Project and Time Management is a must as is effective communication skills, together with the ability to build relationships plus not to be shy to ask for help when needed. Knowledge and awareness of the Housing Sector would also be a bonus.
