Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will work across multiple brands and product categories, project managing new product development and existing product redevelopment from start to finish. You will work closely with your colleagues in communication, design and technical departments to mange the product lifecycle from start to finish. Additionally, you will act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring products successfully meet consumer needs.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, ideally with a Marketing/ CIM qualification. You will have a minimum of 12 months industry experience in product or brand management within a B2C business and will be looking for your next step up. Commercial awareness is as essential as your ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Product management experience is not essential as a strong desire to learn and develop is key to success in this role.
