The role for Loyalty Campaign Manager:
As the Loyalty Campaign Manager, you will be the driver responsible for developing the company's customer profile in multiple sectors to improve acquisition and retention. You will utilise the CRM system to pull data and segment customer spend to identify RFV (recency, frequency and value) using this insight to promote trigger campaigns. You will identify marketing objectives utilising the correct data needed to support communication identifying triggers for customers throughout their customer journey with the support of the Senior Marketing Executives.
