£40,000 - £45,000 plus good benefits

The strategy will need to be fully integrated, driving revenue and retaining existing customers, developing an annual calendar of campaigns and monitoring commercial KPIs.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced loyalty or direct response candidate with a thorough working understanding of the loyalty and retention world. You will ideally have experience launching a new loyalty proposition or revising an existing programme. You must be highly numerate and commercial, comfortable with data and databases and highly motivated. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
