A truly global law firm requires a marketing and BD specialist, who will help drive revenue growth and build market profile in London. The role focuses on executing the fundamentals for the projects practice placing a great deal emphasis on the role of pitch management.
With dotted line responsibility for the line management and career development of an assistant in the practice, you will serve as a single point of contact for partners in relation to all practice-related marketing enquires. From a Business Development perspective you will develop and implement bespoke business development initiatives to support the strategic vision of the practice. The Marketing Accountant Advisor (Projects) will be tasked with undertaking research, promoting cross-selling, overseeing all aspects of the pitch process and following up with targets and clients on outcomes and encouraging and supporting the full utilisation of InterAction within the practice. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the internal and external promotion of specific product areas, managing the firm's online presence, managing the directory and awards submissions processes, the execution of client entertainment and hospitality and big practice events and setting the practice marketing budget and monitoring spend.
You will need to be driven, with strong academic qualifications and proven BD or account management experience gained whilst working in a professional services environment. The Marketing & BD Advisor (Projects) will also need to be a commercially aware team player and an excellent communicator and presenter with outstanding influencing skills and the ability to take all parties with you.
