My client is a major player within the Charity Fundraising environment. They specialise in response handling, fulfilment and payment processing as well as creating large scale lottery and raffle campaigns for major UK Charities such as RNIB and Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Due to major growth plans and a commitment to customer excellence they are now looking for an experienced Account Director.
Retain an Existing portfolio of clients
Provide exceptional Client service and own the client relationship
Ensure client receives relevant support with programme strategy
Demonstrate leadership and be ultimately accountable for all client matters
Have operational discipline and use commercial judgement
The experience we need.
The successful Account Director will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience within a data / direct marketing / creative agency background with solid client facing experience.
We are looking for a warm, friendly but professional personality with the appropriate level of gravitas for this key role.
The ideal Account Director will be an experienced presenter with sound analysis skills. A high level of numeracy and literacy with a forensic eye for detail will be expected.
A sound knowledge of / experience in the charity sector would be an advantage.
