Portal is seeking a Marketing Administrator in a part-time role to support the Sales and Marketing teams with the day-to-day running and administration of customer and prospect data and lead tracking systems, ensuring that sales and marketing activities are accurately tracked and progressed.

Our new role requires a process-driven marketeer who is committed to providing a high level of service to internal customers, combining attention to detail with analytical skills. The Marketing Administrator will support the sales and marketing teams to take ownership for updating the various marketing systems including CRM contact database, marketing automation system and sales lead management.
You will work closely with colleagues from across the teams to support Lead Generation Campaigns, Tele-prospecting and Sales Lead Management.
Our preferred candidate will build and analyse lead tracking reports that measure how well campaigns are performing, assisting campaign managers to create outstanding campaign results and helping the sales team to be more productive.
You will also co-ordinate, deliver and measure our events, webinars, digital marketing campaigns, websites and social media activities. A critical function is to run and maintain our customer and prospect data within Sugar and Act-On.
We’re seeking a pro-active administrator who is looking to make an immediate impact in a small, agile and good-humoured team.
