Thornton Legal is an award-winning recruitment company based in Liverpool. We specialise in recruitment into the legal industry with a focus on the North-West market.

As a result of a period of significant growth, we are looking to recruit a Marketing and Recruitment Administrator to work in our city centre office.

Since launching at the beginning of 2016, we have become one of the most respected legal recruiters in the region, and this year recently won Best Start Up Business 2017 at the Merseyside Independent Business Awards.

Our office space reflects our outlook - bright, unstuffy and fun. We're ideally located in the Cotton Exchange, near to Moorfields Station. It's a social space with great opportunities to get to know other professionals and to build your network of connections in the business community.

THE ROLE:

We are looking to hire a Marketing and Recruitment Administrator who will be tasked with:

  • Developing the company LinkedIn group and posting content
  • Managing other social media accounts
  • Updating the website
  • Designing and sending template newsletters and mailshots
  • Posting and updating job advertisements
  • Arranging networking events
  • Liaising with various external partners
  • Manage relationships with job boards
  • Capturing relevant CVs posted on job-boards
  • Database management
  • Initial response management from clients and candidates
  • Updating and managing house database
  • CV formatting
  • Arranging interviews

THE PERSON:

This role would suit a graduate who is looking to join a growing business at an exciting stage in its development. Previous recruitment industry experience is not essential, but previous marketing knowledge in the form of a marketing degree would be helpful and/ or experience of working in a marketing related role.

We are looking for someone with the following traits:

  • Confidence and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
  • Goal orientated
  • Customer service driven

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Salary up to £18,000 depending upon experience.
  • This is a full-time role although part time can also be considered.
  • Working hours are 9 - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Smart casual dress code
