You'd be responsible for assisting in all areas of a marketing strategy from the development of different elements to their execution. This will include anything from planning market research to organising the distribution of literature, or helping to put on an event.
You are working under a Marketing Manager and carrying out various tasks to help drive the campaign along.
You are required travelling outside London for exhibitions during weekend (2-3 times per year).
A driving licence is therefore a great help.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Support the Manager with the day to day implementation of Marketing campaigns
- Support the sales and operational teams
- Create web content for the benefit of improving SEO rankings
- Assist manager in designing and implementing client communications with the CRM database
- Operate online marketing programmes, e.g. Google, Yahoo, Bing
- Plan, create and execute email marketing promotions
- Update Company pages on Facebook, Twitter and assist on social media marketing
- Online leads, products and market researches
- Support direct mail promotions
Skills and interests:
• strong consumer and product awareness
• good organisational and planning skills
• excellent written and verbal communication
• the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• good attention to detail and accuracy
• strong IT skills
• experience with CRM databases
• good knowledge of marketing techniques
• Previous experience of working within an office / Marketing environment
• Self-motivation
