Now, in the next phase of development and growth, we have been tasked with helping the business to find an individual who will work closely with an experienced manager to develop and deliver UK customer retention and recruitment campaigns in line with the business plan, as well as monitoring UK marketing campaigns ensuring costs are within the agreed budget. Much of the sales activity is focused on direct marketing so anyone who has worked in print and digital marketing would fit right in. This is an ideal opportunity to take that next step toward developing a sound marketing career under the guidance and mentoring of a Manager who is committed to making sure that jointly you will succeed.
The Candidate Brief
Our ideal candidate will have gained experience in a marketing position within a direct to consumer, online and offline sales environment. Educated to a degree standard in business or marketing is desirable but not essential. Exposure and experience within a Print setting is very beneficial. The ability to forecast, adhere to and manage commercial budgets based on past performance and changing assumptions with a proven track record is a must. He or she will also be someone who can think intelligently by developing a deep appreciation of the product and service and how it applies to the business. Highly organised and have a keen eye for detail, creatively and numerically, and most importantly can build rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders easily and quickly.
