A well established exhibitions company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team in support of a series of high profile and industry leading exhibitions.
The Marketing Assistant will enjoy opportunities to be part of a globally established exhibition business and be a key figure in campaign support and content creation across digital and offline channels in addition to administration support.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant
Managing content across event websites, copywriting and managing content across all sites.
Copywriting for content on email, social media and direct mail.
Proof reading all marketing content to ensure copy is on brand and grammatically correct.
Sending out email campaigns using the company's ESP, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
Working with marketing insights and analytics, managing weekly reporting.
Assisting with media partner and agency relationship management.
Prepare all data for marketing campaigns.
Requirements of the Marketing Assistant
Degree educated with qualifications in marketing is highly desirable.
Work experience or internship experience in marketing is highly desirable but not essential.
All candidates should be highly ambitious with a desire to progress their career in marketing.
Strong attention to detail with good organisation skills is a key requirement.
