My client, a leading name in the marketing consultancy world, is keen to talk to bright, strategic thinkers, keen to accelerate their marketing skills and brings flair, intellect and creativity to a truly exciting and challenging role. Working with high-profile clients in the UK and internationally to develop innovative, leading edge marketing capability programmes is the challenge here. Working with senior clients at director level, you will use your marketing and brand skills to build strategies and operational initiatives that make their approach to marketing and brands truly customer-centric, helping them to see the positive impact that this can have on long-term growth and organisational success.
Working in a lively, team-based structure, you’ll manage client projects from inception to delivery – diagnosing issues, assessing their needs, facilitating workshops and learning sessions and developing tailored marketing processes and techniques including preparing user-friendly, practical marketing toolkits. You’ll also be involved in working to secure new clients and will contribute to the development of new business propositions and IP. Our Ideal Candidate
With a strong track record in brand management, product or service marketing in a business known for building its brands or maybe as an Account Manager in an agency or consultancy recognised for its marketing, you’ll have a strong grasp of marketing in areas such as insight, strategic development, innovation and digital? You will be passionate about brands and marketing with an interest in true best practice; someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues to shape and develop your thinking. This is an intellectually demanding role and needs candidates with robust academic backgrounds with strong conceptual, analytical and creative thinking skills. Exceptional communication, facilitation and team working skills are a given for this role in which you will build close client relationships; you’ll also be someone who can single-mindedly immerse yourself in the ‘detail’, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
