We are Newton and we are looking for a Marketing Business Partner to join our head office in Oxfordshire.

What is the role? 

Our Marketing Business Partners are the critical bridge between the marketing team and the consultants. They each own a specific cluster of sectors within the business and we are now looking to recruit a new Marketing Business Partner for our Private sectors.

The marketing business partner role is incredibly varied, involving the development of strategy, guiding business stakeholders right up to boardroom level and getting creative to contribute to effective marketing delivery.

As the Marketing lead for their cluster, our Marketing Business Partners design the account and campaign strategies for their sector with the help of the channel & brand experts in the marketing team. Then they project manage the delivery of these campaigns to yield the best results. You will also be supporting the business development efforts led by our senior consultants, working on pitches, content development, and research. 


What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree or CIM marketing qualifications
  • Solid experience in B2B marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully creating and executing marketing strategies and campaign plans
  • Clear background in developing and implementing innovative and impactful multi-channel campaigns that help the business achieve its objectives
  • Confidence and credibility to inspire, influence and impress senior stakeholders
  • Experience of providing a high value service to a keenly targeted market
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing in professional services, grocery, manufacturing or financial services
  • Exceptional project management skills 
  • Flexible nature and a willingness to travel 1 or 2 days a week
