This IT communications company are now looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join their growing UK Marketing team in either Central London or Hemel Hempstead.

Your new role
You will be in a high impact marketing role responsible for defining and delivering the key themes, campaigns and programmes that will support sales engagement and pipeline generation/acceleration across our sales and client management teams. You will combine commercial awareness and a customer focus with a creative streak to inject new ideas and alternative thinking into our marketing plans. You will work closely with the sales team to successful deliver a programme of events to generate a regular flow of qualified leads, nurture them leads to engage with target prospects until they are marketing qualified. Additionally you will develop detailed campaign briefs and be an active member of major accounts / bid teams providing marketing based support.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in a B2B marketing role and ideally have an IT / Telco background which led the lead generation. You will also have experience leveraging a Sales CRM & ERP database to develop campaigns and qualified leads for a field sales team. You will have an energetic personality, excellent business acumen, be very level headed and have the ability to work autonomously. You will be comfortable managing a virtual team and have good attention to detail including experience in project management
What you'll get in return In return,
