Marketing Campaigns Manager
£38,000 - £43,000 per annum
Are you an experienced campaign marketing specialist with exposure across the full marketing mix, with a flair for sales enablement and demand generation? An exciting business in the B2B enterprise solutions/cloud technology space is actively seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager to power the demand generation strategy alongside the sales team.
This will be a high-visibility, high impact marketing role, focused on the company's enterprise solutions team, where you will hold responsibility for defining and delivering a calendar of marketing campaigns and programmes to generate leads and open up sales opportunities.
Your primary focus will be the cloud contact and collaboration offering for within the enterprise market.
-Developing and delivering key themes and messaging in line with key target personas.
-Developing and managing successful campaign delivery and generating a flow of qualified leads from existing customers and prospects, ensuring effective nurturing activities.
-Creating detailed campaign briefs for all activities, taking input from sales, product and propositions.
-Communication and engagement with relevant Sales teams and Sales management is to ensure all campaigns are clearly understood and have buy in and support.
-Managing relationships with key cloud technology partners, to maximise marketing co-funding and other support in line with enterprise marketing and sales focus.
-B2B marketing experience ideally in a IT/Technology/communications environment.
-Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering B2B marketing campaigns ideally targeting larger organisations (e.g. not SMB).
-Used to working closely with sales and propositions team and someone who is commercially aware (can demonstrate an understanding of marketing's impact on sales success).
-Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM).
-Experience of successfully marketing complex, solutions and services in a B2B environment.
-An excellent communicator able to engage and enthuse colleagues and work effectively in cross functional teams.
-Results focused - able to demonstrate a track record of delivering successful lead generating campaigns and events.
-Able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and teams across the business.
-A self-starter able to organise, plan and prioritise your workload to deliver results
-A creative thinker willing to suggest alternative marketing approaches to help differentiate the business.
-Experience of marketing to our target sectors (e.g. Retail, Financial Services, Transport and Travel)
