Marketing Communications Manager, St Neots -
We're working exclusively with a global manufacturer in St Neots that need an experienced B2B Marketing Communications Manager to join their team in this hands-on and strategic role. B2B experience - in tangible, manufactured products - is essential, and the successful candidate will have ideally worked in a multi-site or international position before, and have significant comms and PR experience in both online and traditional channels.

With the right B2B experience, you will have had previously created and implemented powerful marketing communication campaigns and have dealt with media and the press. You'll have internal comms experience, too, and will have worked on a regional/international level or in a multi-site organisation. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and be an outstanding written and verbal communicator, with explicit attention to detail. You'll have a strategic and commercial drive whilst still remaining creative and willing to explore new avenues.

Working closely with both sales and marketing teams, your communications strategy will span all mediums, from media and press to social media and internal messaging. You'll ensure that vital company strategy is communicated to all departments, keeping the company goals consistent and everyone informed. You'll use social media and wider press/journalism channels to boost the organisation's reputation and grow the company's success, so relationship management is key here, and your strategy will further-enhance the commercial status of the company. You will communicate on a European scale, so regional sensitivity is essential, and you'll constantly consider the wider environmental, cultural and ecological factors and potential impact, maintaining the organisation's trusted status.

This is a pivotal position that joins a small marcomms team with an essential role to do, and perfectly mixes creative strategy with efficient implementation, and offers the experienced, B2B marketing communications manager the chance to really grow with this global organisation. It is easily commutable from Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Huntingdon, Ely, Cambridge, Royston, Kettering, Corby, Hitchin, Peterborough, Dunstable, Luton, Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City.
