Marketing Conversion Manager - Finance - Entertainment - 6 Months - £40,000-£45,000 - London

This organisation is one of the UK's most recognised charities with significant history of helping people.

As Marketing Conversion Manager you will develop and implement a conversion strategy to maximise the conversion of leads. In this role you will look at customer trigger points - how and when can you contact them to help influence their purchasing decision and what are your key messages, how can the conversion process be optimised to ensure there is no fall out and how can you grow the relationship once the customer has said yes. If you have answered these questions in previous roles, please read on.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Mapping current customer journeys by channel and enquiry method to assess and understand key contact points
- identify enquirer volumes by channel, by enquiry method and by conversion to sale
- Undertake a review/pitch of telemarketing companies
- Audit current postal fulfilment materials, measure impact on conversion and update to reflect more competitive market conditions
- Research direct and indirect competitor conversion processes
- Manage the transfer of the existing fulfilment process to the Silverpop system and telemarketing bureau.
- Produce a communications plan to improve conversion rates.
- Manage activity by ensuring all campaigns are implemented on time and within the agreed budget and are tailored to the customers' needs.

This is a brand new role, initially for 6 months, and offers great scope to really drive the organisation forwards in their conversion approach. To be the successful candidate you must have:
· in depth experience in a direct marketing role with experience including direct response, trigger based activity
· Proven track record in campaign and budget management
· Understanding of data
· Experience in briefing and managing fulfilment companies and telemarketing agencies
· Analytical capabilities.
