Brand new opportunity for a Marketing Digital Project Manager to work for one of the regions success stories over the last 10 years, they are renowned for being one of the most desirable marketing agencies to join. Situated commutable from Berkshire, Bucks and Oxfordshire depending on where exactly you are.

The company.
Part of a group, but still with a small family feel. Amazing office location and surrounding. 25 employees, mixture of clients, predominantly B2B. This Digital and Offline communications agency, continue to expand, hence this new opportunity.

The role.
  • Provide status reports, create timelines, track budgets
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Provide continuity on all digital campaigns
  • Anticipate and resolve issues quickly
  • Collaborate with the Senior members of the Web Development and Design team in writing briefs, scoping PID documents and creating timelines
  • Motivating the Web Development team to meet deliverables and work with the account handling team to provide clear and constructive briefs/list of requirements needed from
    the client
  • Update timelines in the RACI model and communicate to the wider team involved
  • Develop trusted relationships with the Dev team and your Account Director
  • Help create, and take responsibility for a master testing document that is easy for all to understand and follow
  • Work with the team to meet client deadlines
  • Complete daily personal timesheets and work efficiently
The experience we need and key skills.
  • Strong organizational skills - manage, prioritise and assess client/Account Director requests
  • Good communicator - strong relationship between account handling and studio teams
  • Clear understanding of digital processes and Web Development needs
  • Experience in delivering corporate events including venue sourcing and attendee management
  • Create clarity between departments, and be impartial to everyone’s needs
  • Understand development languages (HTML, CSS, .NET). A basic understanding is all we’re after here so they can talk to our development team with confidence.
  • Experience in a similar role along with excellent team skills
  • Solid understanding of project management and agency life
