Role Purpose:

This role will support the Marketing Manager in delivering the global annual marketing plan.  The role will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns to promote Fitch Learning’s professional qualifications (including CFA) and corporate solutions divisions globally.  It will undertake a full range of marketing activity across the complete marketing mix, including B2C and B2B marketing communications.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the execution of the annual marketing plan and, where appropriate, take ownership of marketing activities and campaign planning as part of this
  • Maintain and update the CFA Exam Prep microsite, PQ and Corporate Solutions sections of the global website
  • Execute targeted and effective email marketing campaigns, using triggers and automation, including ongoing optimisation and reporting
  • Salesforce database and incoming-lead management
  • Manage social media presence, including sourcing content for posts and reporting on engagement
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with planning and delivering the content marketing strategy across B2C and B2B
  • Creation of offline collateral, including brochures and flyers, from copy through to distribution
  • Research, execute and evaluate direct marketing campaigns (offline and digital to both B2C and B2B audiences), including working with sales teams for follow up and campaign metric reporting
  • Assist in the management of digital and offline advertising campaigns, including reporting and researching new opportunities
  • Research, execute and evaluate exhibition, conference and sponsorship opportunities
  • Research and suggest new marketing channels
  • Event management (including info sessions, webinars, client events and external sponsorship opportunities)
  • Ensure all marketing communications are accurate, globally consistent and adhering to brand guidelines
  • Weekly gathering of data to feed into reports evaluating marketing campaigns and optimizing effectiveness
  • Assist with production of internal and external corporate communications – including internal and client newsletters
  • Act as central point of contact in absence of Marketing Manager, and support client relationship management team and client services for all client activities
  • Build relationships with 3rd parties to maximize marketing opportunities
  • Maintain competitor research
  • Responsible for lead allocation and working with the Marketing Manager to produce ROI reports for all marketing activity


Required skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Degree educated, good academic record
  • Experience in a marketing role, having had direct responsibility for lead-generating marketing campaigns
  • Copy writing and proof reading skills
  • Experience of working with global teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience of marketing automation platforms, ideally Marketo

  • Increased ROI from marketing campaigns
  • Feedback from key stakeholder
