An award winning travel company are seeking a Marketing Executive who has a passion for the travel industry. An amazing opportunity to join an expanding team where you will be able to learn and develop your marketing skills.

The ideal Marketing Executive will have experience in a similar marketing role, very good written English and a quick problem solver.

Marketing Executive will actively contribute and be involved in a wide range of business areas including brand improvement, website developments, planning and strategy, marketing communications, customer services and CRM, product development and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing projects and tasks are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
  • Product development projects within one of the key product
  • Research and preparation of text copy and media for web, email, brochures, presentations, as well as other channels such as social and general PR
  • Product and services development, including liaising with suppliers, partners, affiliates and international staff
  • Controlling and co-coordinating marketing activities with our international online affiliates
  • Reporting on competitor, customer, industry and general market data, trends and intentions, including mystery shopping, desk research, data analysis and online questionnaires
  • Reports on customer and prospect activity, including office footfall, and website activity
  • Marketing qualification through college, university, CIM or similar
  • A minimum of two-years’ experience working as a Marketing Assistant or above, with experience of
  • Passion for travel, and experience within a travel related business
  • Experience managing social media accounts for business
  • Previous digital marketing experience, including content creation and management
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and email software such as Mail Chimp, along with other relevant marking software
