Our client is an established and prominent player in the consumer healthcare sector; they are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join their busy Hertfordshire-based team. With experience in both online and offline marketing, you will have worked across the full marketing mix and have the creative skills to bring marketing campaigns to life for the consumer. You will have demonstrable experience creating successful email marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies for a consumer-focused business, and will be comfortable segmenting customer data and analysing campaign results. Ideally, you will have a strong working knowledge of SEO and creating optimised content, as well as a thorough understanding of user experience and how to improve the customer journey.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising, implementing, managing and analysing all marketing campaigns, both online and offline, but with a predominantly online focus. This is a hands-on and varied role that will see the successful candidate cover a range of digital and offline marketing activities, including:
*Devising, segmenting, implementing and analysing email marketing campaigns
*Overseeing all SEO and PPC activity and all affiliate marketing
*Developing a content marketing strategy
*Managing social media channels
*Creating key printed materials and marketing collateral
*Writing copy for newsletters and the website
*Conducting market and competitor research
*Informing and shaping marketing strategy
You will be the driving force behind the brand's email marketing strategy and campaign activity; responsible for segmenting customer data, designing and producing content for emails, testing all emails and customer interaction and analysing the success of all email marketing campaigns. You will create strategic plans to maintain the loyalty of existing customers and to drive the acquisition of prospective customers, understanding how different consumers interact with the brand and devising strategies to drive loyalty and engagement within selected demographics. Using your exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - you will be confident reporting back on marketing activity to key stakeholders, providing assessments of all marketing activity and recommendations for improvements on future campaigns.

Within easy commuting distance of London, this role would be most suited to candidates living in or near St Albans, Hatfield, Hitchin, Ware, Hertford, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Letchworth, Hemel Hempstead, Cheshunt, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Luton, Harpenden, Watford or Borehamwood.
