You will be the driving force behind the brand's email marketing strategy and campaign activity; responsible for segmenting customer data, designing and producing content for emails, testing all emails and customer interaction and analysing the success of all email marketing campaigns. You will create strategic plans to maintain the loyalty of existing customers and to drive the acquisition of prospective customers, understanding how different consumers interact with the brand and devising strategies to drive loyalty and engagement within selected demographics.
