An opportunity has arisen to join a team of high-skilled, experienced individuals at a well-renowned provider of technology and services for the UK construction agency. The team you'll be joining are dedicated to enabling people and buildings to perform at their optimum, and a broad range of software and services are provided to support their customers from the first stage of building and structure design, to their continuing management and maintenance.

As the ideal Marketing Manager, you'll become a valued member of their five member-strong marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director. Your role will be to develop and co-ordinate effective marketing campaigns, alongside executing a wide array of marketing programmes with minimal supervision.

You'll need to be comfortable and confident in planning and executing marketing strategies and plans, but also equally skilled in building emails, interrogating data in their CRM system, and carrying out lead generative work.

This role isn't for viewing from the side-lines. You'll need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and jump right in, as you'll be organising participation at tradeshows and conferences, and organising the company's own customer forums and events. This will call for an individual with great interpersonal skills, as you'll be engaging with industry influencers, establishing relationships with media, and communicating with partners to secure funding and resources!

Sounding good? You'll need proven experience of marketing in a B2B sector, preferably that of the IT industry, and you'll need to be able to write and edit effective copy in a variety of styles. A degree in Marketing, Business Studies or a related subject will also make you stand out against the competition. Got a CIM qualification? Even better. This, alongside an understanding of the architecture and construction industry, will ensure you're one step ahead and ready to succeed in this thriving and innovative company.
