THE ROLE
The Marketing Manager will be will be a strong team leader with a track record of managing, motivating and driving performance in marketing teams. High energy, great communication skills, charisma and the ability to create positive energy and change are critical.

Your key responsibilities and activities will be marketing strategy including segmentation, targeting and database building, messaging and positioning, website and digital channel optimisation and integrated digital campaigns.

YOU
The ideal candidate will be innovative and ambitious and have:

- knowledge of subscription business mechanics
- strong team leadership and management skills - including structuring teams and hiring talent
- excellent verbal and written communication and be a strong influencer
- creativity and idea generation
- fluency in digital media campaigns, tools and tactics - especially email marketing
- good knowledge of digital media technologies - HTML, RSS, analytics, apps
- experience in social media channels, strategy and automation (social media publishing desirable)
- experience in CRM
- experience of managing budgets, KPIs and marketing and web analytics
