A leading consumer events company specialising in premium large scale exhibitions is seeking a Marketing Manager to head up the marketing strategy for two of their leading events. Working to manage and implement visitor marketing campaigns across all channels, this is an opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing events companies.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
Plan and implement the exhibitor marketing campaigns to generate leads for the sales team.
Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and designers.
Develop media partner relations and relationships with with relevant trade associations and bodies.
Act as a key figure in the planning and implementation of visitor marketing campaigns, utilising all marketing channels including email, direct mail, PPC, SEO and website marketing.
Develop a strong understanding of show audiences, creating strategies to target relevant audiences and establishing brand awareness for the shows.
Manage external ticketing, media buying and PR agencies where necessary.
Requirements of the Marketing Manager
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in marketing, ideally within large scale events or exhibitions
Strong skills in digital marketing across SEO, PPC and social media are a key requirement for the position.
Experience in delivering targeted marketing campaigns is strongly preferred.
Ability to develop and manage a team will be a key requirement for the role.
