Marketing Manager, Warwick -
We're currently working on a retained piece for a global-leading, commercial, business service, who are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team of more than 100 based in Warwick.
To be an ideal fit, you'll need to have managed a substantial budget previously, along with also having managed a team in a service-driven, product-led background or industry.
You'll manage and take responsibility for the activities and strategies of the marketing team, all while working as an enthusiastic and intuitive team member to reach and exceed the marketing goals of the business!
The position will foster your creativity, as you'll be providing inspiration for the development of various marketing concepts, working on both branding and strategic marketing plans.
Implementing a detailed annual calendar will also be key, as you'll be aligning it with the company's global calendar to ensure that all processes are streamlined and performing at the upmost efficiency.
As well as acting as a universal hub for your marketing team's needs, you'll provide guidance and leadership, acting as a consultant on design processes and coordinating marketing projects and activities.
A keen eye for detail will come in handy, as there will be the need to undertake detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to monitor investment return, and lead generation.
Around five years' experience within a product-led background will ensure that you're equipped to succeed, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role would be most applicable to candidates travelling from areas of Warwick and the wider region, including, Leamington Spa, Claverdon, Little Shrewley, Stoneleigh, Rowington, and Snitterfield.
