Our client, a global FMCG company specialising in Luxury Beauty goods, are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This role will have strong opportunities for future progression and they are looking for someone that wants to grow with the company at a senior level.
The ideal candidate will come from either a Marketing & Sales, Brand, E-Commerce, or Commercial Marketing background. This role will also focus on the Trade aspects with a focus of establishing a strong foot hold within leading high street retailers.
Affiliate Marketing Campaign Management
Management of a small digital team
Managing the day to day relationship with key licensors
Management of remarketing / Display, SEO and Paid Social campaigns.
Research and create brand partnerships
To define marketing strategy and execute marketing plans
To define the key market factors and competition for each product / brand
To work with the trade sales team to define sales message for key retailers and distributors
Work collaboratively with the Brand Marketing, Digital Creative and CRM to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Working across the business to plan and schedule seasonal/yearly product launches.
Co-ordinating design, trading and other teams throughout the business.
Build trade relationships with key retail accounts
Secure distribution of the ranges globally (starting with the UK)
Create weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs for digital channels.
Research new and expanding markets/influencer's in order to increase exposure.
