Marketing Manager, Newmarket -
Calling all strategic Marketing Managers with experience of marketing to both B2B and B2C customers: our award-winning, Suffolk-based client currently has an exciting opportunity that could be right up your street!
With at least 4-5 years' marketing experience already under your belt, you will have worked across the full marketing mix and have previous experience of managing sizeable marketing budgets. You will have previous experience of managing direct reports and leading a team and will be comfortable delegating tasks. A motivational and supportive leader, you will have proven experience of bringing the best out of your team, encouraging them to achieve results and providing constructive feedback where necessary. As this company operates across both B2B and B2C markets, experience creating marketing strategies for both audiences is highly desirable.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and share for this highly-respected consumer brand. Your role will encompass both marketing and PR strategy, you will work with your team to secure favourable coverage across key consumer and trade titles, as well as amongst key social media influencers. You will create annual marketing strategies and will be responsible for the creation, management, implementation and analysis of all marketing campaigns. Being a strong leader is a key component to this role, you will be managing a small marketing team and will be responsible for their personal development within the business.

Due to the location of this Suffolk office, this role is commutable to those living in Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Saffron Walden, Cambridge, Haverhill, Royston, Duxford, Bishop's Stortford, Sudbury, Braintree, Ely, Stevenage, Hitchin, Sandy and Chelmsford.
