This newly created role is a key appointment as part of an ambitious growth programme for a dynamic city centre business in the consumer entertainment sector. Aggressive expansion into multiple international markets has necessitated a number of new senior appointments including the creation of a Marketing Manager position. Key responsibilities in this role include:
  • Creating, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms including Google Adwords, Facebook, Bing etc
  • Creating and managing campaigns in CPC platforms. Monitoring results, adjusting spend, creative, and concepts to generate ROI
  • Working with the production team and agencies to develop product brands
  • Manage external agency relationships and budget
  • Develop compelling affiliate proposition for the product range and promote to the affiliate networks
  • Monitoring KPI's against each affiliate and adjusting offer (cpa, epc, etc) where necessary to achieve desired customer acquisition volumes and cpa's

You should bring several years digital marketing experience in a high volume B2C acquisition marketing role. Experience managing affiliates and marketing agencies would be an advantage.
