Great opportunity at MM level for classically trained FMCG marketer

This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial premium food business with a portfolio of exciting, premium brands where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. 

About you:

You are a talented, ambitious and commercially-minded brand marketer
Ideally, you will have gained experience working for blue chip businesses and recognised brand names as well as spent time working in smaller/mid-size business or very entrepreneurial teams
You will certainly be able to thrive in a more entrepreneurial working environment, enjoy challenge and working at a fast pace
You have exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and are as comfortable managing stakeholders upwards as you are amongst peers
You need to demonstrate leadership ability within the business, knowing when to engage key stakeholders in the most effective way
You will have experience of creative development and media planning across both ATL and BTL channels with a strong understanding of social media and PR
You will have strong financial management skills and previous P&L and budget management

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering the continued success of a growing portfolio of brands
Using consumer insight and market data, you will be responsible for driving performance of the range through effective strategy and activation
You will identify business opportunities to grow the brand, whether through innovation or leveraging the existing portfolio. 
You will engage stakeholders across the business to turn your insights into action
You will line manage 2 direct reports.
