Do you have a fantastic track record working within beauty or personal care marketing? If so, this is an amazing opportunity for an exceptional marketer to join this leading Beauty company.  Specialising in NPD, your remit will be to develop the innovation pipeline for these beautiful brands by really getting under the skin of consumers and developing fantastic new product concepts and delivering them to market. You will be activate launch strategy across both on and offline platforms, working closely with the Activation, e-comm, CRM, VM  teams to ensure these are best in class. Commercially astute, you will guarantee profitability including pricing, costs (products and activation) and be able to effectively analyse product performance through data interrogation and reporting.  You will have significant Category experience - managing portfolio, sku’s, identifying drivers for growth for all markets. You will need to be visionary and highly creative yet commercially astute with a genuine passion, energy and enthusiasm for the Beauty industry and delivering step change innovation.
