Marketing Manager - Campaigns

£43,000 per annum

Permanent, full time

A rapidly growing enterprise solutions business is currently expanding their marketing team, to further enable business expansion within financial services, private sector and governmental clients.

As a Marketing Manager - Campaigns, you will combine both commercial expertise and customer focus to inject new energy into the existing marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role, responsible for defining and delivering key themes, campaigns and programmes to support the sales team in driving/accelerating pipeline across both external sales and client management teams.

You will be a creative and innovative marketing manager, able to champion account-based marketing techniques, and working collaboratively with sales teams to identify and shape key transformational opportunities.

About the role…

-Shaping enterprise's key marketing themes and messaging across industry verticals.

-Maintaining a thorough understanding of target personas and key sectors.

-Delivering a programme of targeted campaigns and events to generate a flow of qualified engagement opportunities within target customer base.

-Implementing lead nurturing programmes to engage target prospects until they are qualified.

-Developing campaign briefs for all marketing activities with input from sales, client management and wider marketing teams.

-Acting as a key member of major account and bid teams and providing key marketing support to uncover and shape new opportunities.

About you…

-Educated either to degree level in Marketing, or holds a CIM or similar related qualification.

-Experience in marketing within retail, financial services, government, transport and travel.

-Experienced in B2B services marketing.

-An excellent communicator, able to influence and negotiate to successful outcomes.

-Experienced in a strategic role, helping to determine and maximise opportunities.

-Creative and innovative in your approach to marketing, and experienced in producing compelling blogs, content or thought leadership pieces.

-A proven "self-starter"; highly self-motivated.

-A skilled "brand ambassador", able to represent a business at networking events in a credible, professional manner.

-Able to identify client challenges and how the company's capabilities respond to these.

-Experienced in adding values to cross-functional teams - i.e. sales, account management and broader marketing team.
