The Opportunity:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an interim Marketing Manager, Loyalty across Europe, particularly France, Switzerland and Austria

• Key driver of retention activity insight sharing for Central Europe
• Work with Senior Manager to support the development of an EMEA retention plan
• EMEA wide owner of retention projects to ensure best practice is achieved across the region
• Responsible for the locally relevant adaptation of retention plans across all channels (in-store/OOS/email/inbox etc.) in Central Europe
• EMEA wide owner of a cross functional team for a variety of new IT developments to drive retention forward
• Day to day cross functional management of retention activities
• Support Senior Manager in raising the profile of retention across the business
• Budget management
• 1 report : Loyalty Specialist
• Owner of agency relationships
You:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent, CIM or DipM desirable
• Experienced with a brand that drives customer passion desired
• 4+ years CRM experience required
• Previous loyalty experience required
• Previous P&L ownership required
• Able to work independently and find new areas to drive incremental results
• Interest in IT and how IT development drives loyalty
• Ability to build relationship with partners in other markets
• Previous people management preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to at a senior level and cross functionally
