Marketing Manager - Retail, North London

With a proven track record in a similar role you will create market opportunities through a fully developed and insight led retail strategy. Working closely with other senior internal stakeholders you will be tasked with developing a commercial go to market plan to deliver brand and customer objectives. Clear prioritisation and strategy will be key when leading the retail brand team and you will be required to undertake regular coaching and 1-2-1's to improve personal performance along the way.
To be considered you will have solid background in brand planning and strategy in an FMCG environment, preferably food or drink, as well as experience of NPD innovation, consumer research and brand communications. You will be a commercially sharp marketer with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and deliver targets.
