We're in the process of supporting a private equity backed challenger bank. It's a really exciting business - fast-paced, lean, adaptable and very quick to progress good people - and they've been growing at an impressive and consistent rate over the last 10 years. The company manage a collection of successful own-brand credit card products; are launching a loans and insurance business; and they also run some of the UK's best recognised high-street retail store card partnerships.
This role sits in the commercial team for own-brand credit cards - their flagship products - and is responsible for acquisition activity across all marketing channels, with a predominant focus on classic ATL and digital. You'll also work in close collaboration with the business' BTL marketing teams - although your key focus will be the aforementioned activity.
We're seeking candidates with expertise in marketing communications, ideally in a financial services business. A track record in DRTV, PPC and Inserts would be highly valuable - although the pre-requisite experience is SEO, Social and Display. You'll also need to display a clear appetite for embracing change, which is essential in this very young challenger business, which is constantly evolving and adapting to new ideas from all teams within the company.
