What you'll be doing

Sitting within a vibrant & dynamic team, this role will help take our TV product to the next level, delivering exceptional, entertainment-led marketing campaigns. The main duties of the role will be:

Supporting the Head of Marketing, TV in delivering multi-million-pound through-the-line campaigns across all media channels with the objective of driving Awareness, Familiarity, Consideration and Sales. Delivering creative, results-focussed ATL & BTL campaigns with customer insights at their heart.

Assisting the strategy development and briefing process into ATL and production agencies, you will be accountable for the quality of the output and gaining senior buy in to it.

Coordinating delivery of our marketing plans across key external and internal stakeholders. Helping to drive alignment across the business and sales channels, with processes in place to ensure campaigns are optimised, using learning and insight to maximise effectiveness.

Supporting digital & social media marketing strategy and execution for all of our TV campaigns. Ensuring the most effective use of the digital space to align with the core campaign strategy and product positioning to appeal to relevant market segments. Setting targets and reporting on key benchmarks throughout campaigns.

Supporting key commercial projects including weekly sales trading analysis and sales-channel initiatives to drive performance.

Supporting sales-driving activity including value-led ATL & BTL marketing communications.

Day-to-day management of our annual production budget for TV.

Significant marketing campaign management experience
