Working across membership retention and education services, the success Marketing & Membership Manager will be a key figure in the continued success of the organisation as they expand their product portfolio.
Responsibilities of the Marketing & Membership Manager include:
Working with the membership team to develop and segment membership database, supporting the company's wider membership strategy.
Develop marketing campaigns across email, social media and direct mail to promote educational resources and member services.
Work with external agencies to develop website SEO and PPC.
Keeping abreast of industry trends to ensure that member needs and trends are constantly identified.
Represent the company at relevant exhibitions and conferences.
Requirements of the Marketing & Membership Manager include:
Educated to degree level preferential with a professional diploma in marketing.
Experience in a membership marketing role is preferred but not essential.
Strong multi-platform marketing campaign experience is a key requirement.
Experience in working with stakeholders at all levels is a key requirement.
