To drive execution of One agreed Sage Process with tight interlock with the marketing ops functional leaders in areas of Budgeting & Planning, Campaign & Demand operations, Analytics & Insight and Data Mgt. & Strategy. The role will provide a strong feedback loop and influence process design. Working closely with the shared services teams to ensure execution work is completed satisfactorily.
To serve the region with the maximum return on marketing investment through delivery of world class marketing infrastructure which enables marketing strategy development, data driven decision making. Build effective and consistent interlocks between sales and marketing operations to provide a single view of the funnel performance. This will cover UKI region
Marketing Planning and Budgeting: Ensure key milestones are met in the country and regional marketing planning process and that key global deadlines are met. Monitor Marketing Spend vs. Budget and Forecast and highlight gaps to country Marketing leadership. Act as interface to country Finance and Regional Finance teams. Manage the monthly budget forecasting process to ensure accuracy and fiscal discipline by partnering with budget owners, and finance/purchasing. Provide training and support to optimize to improve efficiency.
Campaign & Demand Operations: Adhere to, and contribute to development of consistent WW and regional processes for the management of all leads. Actively participate in relevant local or regional lead management meetings to ensure country requirements are well understood. Be able to clearly articulate the value of tightly managing the demand waterfall to optimise revenue performance. Support locally specific data strategy where relevant to supplement regional/WW data strategy. Track and manage compliance with agreed WW lead scoring, lead follow up processes to track conversion rates, own lead management SLAs. Own local lead distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to the right sales teams at the right time for qualification. Monitor and analyse process performance (SLAs). Identify trends and make recommendations for how to address/improve. Proactively ensure lead flow is maintained and efficient (e.g., spot trends such as decrease in lead flow from Web-to-Lead process etc.). Create supplementary local documentation & train marketing and sales teams on lead process/improvements/enhancements.
Data Management and Strategy: Drive additional regional data suppliers to enrich local data quality scores and volumes. Ensure regional data laws are known and local rules executed on all data management and strategy plans. Ensure a tight interlock is in place between marketing and sales operations on all customer journey planning, to allow a trial/test and learn ecosystem to exist. Drive delivery of a consistent segmentation plans on time.
Insights & Performance Management: Provide enhancement requests to analytics and Insights to ensure that dashboards capture country reporting and analysis requirements. Provide training/enablement on the key marketing dashboards/reports to ensure that marketing team are able to review their results/interrogate their data. Provide ad hoc modelling and analysis for field marketing Leadership. Report on and analyse KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline impact and revenue by various sources. Ensure that all KPIs being tracked are aligned with centrally defined data sets and definitions. Support marketing performance reviews and planning docs.
