The Marketing Strategy Analyst will play an integral role in growing Kindred’s data planning strategy, in identifying opportunities where marketing strategies can be enhanced by understanding the customer motivations, needs and insights via effective use of data.

The role holder will be responsible for working with the product, lifecycle and wider Marketing teams to develop their campaign targeting strategies based on data intelligence, including segmentation opportunities, new data sources & predictive analytics.

Example duties:

  • Work with product, lifecycle and local marketing teams at the concept stage of marketing communications to enhance its targeting and impact using data uncovering customer insights
  • Support data strategy manager to ensure new campaigns adhere to the new lifecycle strategy and continue with to review and adapt existing campaigns
  • Work with campaign operations to enhance new data requirements through our Unica campaign management tool
  • Help to build better relationships with Kindred's data and analytics teams. Support data strategy manager to be at the front of new capabilities around predictive analytics and new data sources
  • Support new marketing coordinator with the task of campaign prioritisation and resolve conflict and overlap issues
  • Maintain existing customer contact history reports and produce ad hoc insight to help identify possible improvements in our communication strategies
You'll be either a junior/mid-level strategic marketer or a creative marketing professional with a genuine interest in identifying strategy based on the analysis of meaningful data
