Your new organisation is a financial expert that is dedicated to the police service. You will be predominantly responsible for improving the customer journey and experience. Your key focus will be on customer retention, as well other marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to have a great influence on decisions made in the organisation. You will help implement and assist with a new CRM system, in order to highlight business opportunities with existing customers. You will have an events management element of the role and also be responsible for delivering market research initiatives.
What you'll need
You will be from a financial services background that is an expert in the retention and acquisition of customers. You will be an analytical individual who is able to assist in research and data areas of the role. You will have organised events previously alongside production of any publications.
