Are you an ambitious and tenacious National Account Exec looking for a step up? Bring your skills to this challenging role with a leading global FMCG player, offering the scope for you to take ownership and drive profitable growth with your customers. Responsible for managing a portfolio of products, you’ll be given the freedom to make your mark very early in your career. This business (and its people!) thrive on constant innovation and tangible results and the scope to outperform.
 
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Develop and implement the annual business plan for your account portfolio
Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin, 4P and Net Working Capital targets for your account 
Work with the in-store merchandising team to deliver best practice in-store execution
Analyse data to provide insights for the National Account team 
Work cross-functionally with Supply Services to ensure that sales forecasts are accurate 
Work with the marketing teams to implement best-in-class promotional execution and visibility 
Develop strong and profitable working relationships to deliver account objectives
Support and run key projects within your account, developing new opportunities where appropriate
Skills checklist
Educated to a high standard, with sales experience gained in FMCG, OTC or Retail 
Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and a strong desire to make things happen
Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking 
Analytical and creative 
Confident and mature, with strong communication & influencing skills
Credible in front of managers at all levels 
Able to work alone as well as contribute to team objectives
An interest and passion for entrepreneurship is critical.
Fluent in English with at least one other language preferred; ability to relocate internationally
