New Channel Development Manager, Retail, London, £60,000 to £70,000

This retail giant needs a new addition to its New Channel business as it looks for a New Channel Development Manager to join them at its head office in London. Read on to see if this role ideal for you.

The purpose of this exciting new role is to lead workstreams to create and deliver new multichannel store propositions. Commercial implementation of multichannel projects will innovate the store space and drive brand perceptions and sales. Your key responsibilities as New Channel Development Manager will include:

*Delivery of key projects within New Channel development, creating differentiated but commercial multichannel experiences and journeys
*Delivery milestones in conjunction with key stakeholders, including identification of interdependencies and maximisation of opportunities to deliver ROI
*Understanding how customer and retail insight have defined differentiated multichannel propositions for the company and align with commercial business objectives
*Supporting the senior stakeholders in the preparation of detailed investment proposals and analysis
*Ongoing input to multichannel strategic development

As New Channel Development Manager your project management of development and implementation processes will ensure key projects are on track to deliver objectives and drive the company's transformation to a truly multichannel business. To succeed in this role, you must have:

*Broad commercial business development/marketing experience
*Knowledge of multichannel platform functionality and consumer interface dynamics
*Programme management experience
*Proven track record of managing complex change and complex data and customer data
*Experience of working in a cross functional environment
