Our client is a leading property company with a high profile in the south east. The business is well established and has a great reputation. They have offices across the area and are now in need of an experienced PR & Marketing Manager to come in and help drive their PR, Marketing and Social Media plans forward.
The successful candidate will work with the partners to set strategy for the financial year. Working within budgets and drawing on the past experience of the business and the partners as well as bringing new, creative and innovative ideas The role will be based in either Guildford or Woking but there will be travel to the other offices, spending time in each location working with senior management at each office to deliver tailored solutions.
This role will be supported by a PR & Marketing Executive and the two will work together to implement the PR, Marketing and Social Media plans.
The successful candidates will need to be pro-active, creative and a wordsmith. A team player and someone with vision and ideas. Good time management, communications and people skills will all be brought into play here.
There is an excellent salary on offer, a great team culture and there is the possibility of taking someone slightly more senior on a 4 day week.
