Job Title: “Paid Media Executive”

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 DOE

We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Media Executive to join our core team. This is an exciting opportunity to own, manage and grow a number of accounts from UK market leaders - while learning and developing with the existing Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will be a confident, driven individual - looking to take the next step in their career.

Your key responsibilities will be…

  • AdWords management and optimisation for a portfolio of accounts - including bid and budget optimisation, ad copy creation and testing, account structuring, negative optimisation etc.
  • Management of paid social accounts - including testing best practices, creative split testing, budget optimisation and audience moderation.
  • Active development of your accounts - innovating with new strategy and looking for expansion opportunities.
  • Pro-active reporting (ad hoc, weekly and monthly) to relevant stakeholders.
  • Working with the Paid Media team, Marketing team and Sales team to align strategy.

Your skillsets should include…

  • Google Adwords certification - preferably with every exam passed.
  • 6 - 12 months of Paid Media experience, with a focus on Google AdWords.
  • Respectable experience with paid social platforms, with a focus on Facebook Ads.
  • A exemplary working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • A good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strategic, analytical mindset.
  • The ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines.
  • A good background in maths, English and IT.
  • A driven, motivated attitude with the ambition to grow and develop.
