This is a pivotal role within their Innovation team, and you will work with a product category team to develop and manage the creation of new, dynamic and exciting snacking products across brand and RTB. Applying your market knowledge and passion for food into inspirational ideas, you will enhance the existing range of products as well as using your creative flair to develop new concepts.
They’re looking for an individual who has a highly energetic, can-do attitude and who has previous experience of New Product Development management and process. With financial / numerical aptitude and excellent time management skills, you will hold a unique combination of creative and analytical talents and be able to conceptualise ideas, research the new ideas and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
Having developed both brands and retailer brands, you will have experience of successfully leading a team and be comfortable negotiating at middle management level. You will need to be up-to-date on food trends, patterns, tastes and innovation across ingredients, process and packaging and be able to operate effectively cross functionally on multiple projects to challenging deadlines.
