The Role
To drive the performance of the global Industrial Metalworking category by developing and implementing product strategies based on customer and market insight. To drive and manage an offer development and innovation pipeline and the global industrial product portfolio to develop and maintain a competitive product offer which delivers growth.
The candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced marketer who has worked closely with sales and technology, ideally in industrial markets. Well-developed understanding of industrial metalworking products and their applications coupled with a demonstrated effectiveness in global networking and influencing are all essential. You will also need to have a good understanding of marketing issues and exposure to customers and relevant markets with excellent project leadership skills and a track record of delivery.
