Elevation Marketing are currently recruiting a Product Manager for a leading B2B business in North Yorkshire.
Our client is undergoing a significant recruitment drive to deliver best in class marketing across the European business. They have a large marketing function that are responsible for helping drive the commercial business forward and build a world class brand. This is an exciting time to join them through this period of positive change.
As Product Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Instrumental in developing the UK & European product development strategy - acting as the 'go-to' person for product related enquiries.
*Drive engagement and communications between internal teams and external demands, being pivotal to work between the Design (R&D) department and the Sales teams, ensuring their products meet both commercial, business and market requirements.
*You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from early stages through to launch and end-of-life.
*You will lead on market research to define NPD including; customer and competitive research (visiting customers were appropriate), product insight and pricing analysis. You will then use this information to develop business case propositions and define product roadmaps.
*You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary for all products.
*You will work with marketing to communicate on all product launches / product changes etc.
Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Significant experience in a Product / Proposition management role preferably within an B2B environment, international experience would also be beneficial.
*Proven experience of delivering first class New Product solutions through insight / customer and market demands.
*The ability to influence and drive engagement internally and externally.
*Educated to degree level or equivalent preferable
